Overview

Your union with Christ is the mysterious, foundational work of God that makes the gospel good news for you. Without union with Jesus, you could not be justified by God; there could be no reconciliation with God, no adoption into His family, no redemption from sin’s tyranny, no indwelling of His Spirit, no progress in Christ-likeness, no pleasing God, no hope of eternal life. But in union with Him, you have all this and more.

In this module you will learn that:

Union with Christ is the foundation of every spiritual blessing.
Believers share in Jesus’ death, resurrection, and new life.
This union empowers us to fight sin and live for God.
We are called to abide in Christ and bear spiritual fruit.
God unites diverse people into one family through Christ.
A godly life flows from love, thankfulness, and dependence on Jesus.
